Apple & Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt

1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

1 shredded apple, unpeeled

Directions

In a storage container, combine the oats, yogurt, and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, stir in the apple.
